Tuesday January 7th Milano opened our doors to health care providers, advocates, volunteers, cancer patients, cancer survivors and local politicians for an open house & ribbon cutting ceremony to help kick off our first Monday’s @ Milano which will be January 13th!

Janet Crenon Regno, a social worker at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, said that Mondays@Milano will do a lot for cancer patients. “Patients can come here and find solace, comfort and support; it lets them know they are not alone,” she said. “It will help them find a new normal. … Sometimes it’s the extra care that helps them improve. To see other woman have gone through what they are going through, they can say, ‘If she can do it, I can, too.’ …

Milano is located at 41 Jerome Ave., Bloomfield.  Every 2nd Monday of each month we will be opening our doors from 10am to 2pm to provide services.
