Milano Salon and Day Spa was established in 1987 as a full service salon, after expanding to include our day spa we have continued to grow for over 30 years. Our growth is proof that we have continued to offer you, the client, the best service and products with the latest trends in haircutting, coloring and design services, as well as the relaxation you seek to receive. Milano Salon and Day Spa offers a variety of spa retreats that are guaranteed to help you look and feel great. We offer customized facials for each individual client’s needs that are performed by professional technicians after a careful skin analysis. We also offer a wide selection of massages, skin care, body treatments, eyelash extensions, nail services, airbrush tanning, make-up application, and waxing services.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available for all occasions and can be customized to suit your needs. Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the salon or by phone at 860-242-4401. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.

SCHEDULING
Our scheduling is planned to allow enough time for each service. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Celebrating a special day or in need of a pampering session with your closest friends – ask us more about our private room to help accommodate you and your guests!

CHECK-IN
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.

ATMOSPHERE
We invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Milano Salon and Day Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea, coffee or cappuccino that is available in our waiting area. Our Day Spa is a place for calming relaxation where our clients de-stress and rejuvenate. In order to ensure your comfort and the comfort of others, children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the Day Spa.

PRICING
Subject to change. All hair prices are subject to length, texture, and thickness. A credit card is required to schedule group services, formal styling and wedding parties.

SPA RESERVATIONS
To ensure availability of your preferred time, please schedule your appointment in advance. The length of time required for Spa services may vary slightly. A 25% deposit is required for Spa packages upon booking. Deposits are gladly refunded for cancellations made at least 24 hours notice.

A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE
Our Body Wrap Treatments are not recommended for pregnant women or any client suffering from high blood pressure, cardiovascular or thyroid conditions. If in doubt, consult your physician.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Milano Salon and Day Spa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
